Ohio State has released its 2020-2021 men’s basketball schedule, featuring 26 games over the course of the next four months, including one at the Covelli Center on the OSU campus.
Head coach Chris Holtmann was hopeful of adding seven non-conference games this season but as it stands now the Buckeyes will have six non-conference games. The first of those games will be played one week from today, as Ohio State will host Illinois State at 2:00 pm on either ESPN or ESPNU.

Ohio State is slated to open its conference schedule Wednesday December 16 at Purdue and close the regular season at home against Illinois on Saturday March 6.
Between those two games will be 18 other Big Ten contests for the Buckeyes.
In theory.
Here is the full release from Ohio State. The North Carolina game is not mentioned in the release, but it is still “on.”
