    Ohio State men’s basketball coach Chris Holtmann took part in his weekly press conference with the media on Tuesday, discussing the Buckeyes’ upcoming game against Morehead State and also providing updates on his team overall. A popular topic of conversation was the condition of transfer forward Seth Towns, who is still battling back from a knee injury suffered at his previous stop.

    Towns implied in a social media post this week that his return would be happening “very soon.” The highly touted transfer from Harvard is still on the mend, however, after missing both the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 seasons due to a knee injury. As the Buckeyes look to add more depth to their frontcourt as the competition heightens, they hope to have Towns back in time for Big Ten play, but it’s a day-to-day evaluation at this point.
