Well, that wasn’t the Ohio State beatdown of Rutgers that we expected, but
maybe it’s the one we deserved. Or something. The Buckeyes did what was
expected for half the game, anyway, and then the offense and defense seemed to
lose interest in the all-you-can-eat buffet of points and stops, respectively.
But a 49-27 win isn’t a bad thing. It’s just that the second half was
difficult to watch.

Chip Minnich and I break down the game and the myriad of things that Ryan Day
can yell at his team about all week in the run-up to a Maryland Terrapins team
that suddenly looks more than competent at football after two straight wins as
underdogs. We also discuss the champions and whether there should be any
beyond Justin Fields and Garrett Wilson.
