Edwin Spillman joins this week’s episode of Beyond the Shoe

Edwin Spillman is a young star in the making.

He’s a sophomore athlete based out of Nashville, and he’s very high on Ohio State. The Buckeyes offered Spillman in late June after an impressive camp at Ohio State.

Spillman told Buckeye Scoop that he was very excited by the offer.

“I was really excited when I got the offer and I was really appreciative that my talent was being recognized and coaches could see my talent,” he said in June. “I really liked it, it was a quick trip but I’m supposed to head back up in July.”

Spillman wasn’t able to make it back up to Columbus in July due to a scheduling conflict, but it certainly doesn’t mean that he won’t make his way back up to Ohio State sooner, rather than later.
