Five-star safety Sonny Styles is one of the most coveted players in the 2023 recruiting class and as an Ohioan and a Buckeye legacy, he is a very important target for the Buckeyes.
Styles’ father Lorenzo was a starting linebacker at Ohio State in the 1990s, and Sonny’s brother Lorenzo Jr. is now a freshman receiver at Notre Dame. As such, the Irish and the Buckeyes are in the middle of a very important tug of war.
Styles spoke with Buckeye Scoop recently to discuss his recruitment and preparation for his junior season at Pickerington Central. You can read that article and check out the video interview here.
Buckeye Scoop insider Bill Greene checked in Thursday night with an update on Sonny Styles, which he posted on our Ask The Insiders message board.
You’ll want to check it out, but it’s only available for members of Buckeye Scoop.
