Off Topic - Turf Cleats?

Little off topic, but as middle school and high school football gets underway in my home state, I'm looking for a recommendation on a pair of good turf cleats/turf shoes for my son. I watched four kids in our town go down with a blown ACLs this spring in Lacrosse. All were wearing grass cleats and cutting hard on turf fields; looking for some help here as the guys at Dick's and Scheel's (Local Chain) are pretty non-helpful.

Sorry Nevada - should have clarified - "little" man not so little anymore. Just turned 13, size 10 Men's shoe, so all options are open to us.

Also, that Yard Turf Cleat is listed as a baseball shoe, but doesn't have a rotational pattern in the toe... that feels odd?
